Cancellation & Refund Policy

General Terms & Conditions:

  • Once the confirmation mail received from customer for package or ticket booking, the customer is liable to pay cancellation penalty in case of cancellation.

  • Truvik Business (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any change in schedule of Airlines or change in Govt. Taxes.

  • Advisable to reach airport two hrs prior to departure time of airlines in case of domestic and three hrs prior to departure time of airlines in case of International travel.

  • Truvik Business (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. reserve the right to cancel the bookings in case of nonpayment of full amount of the bills before the travel date.

  • We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfer of equal or higher standers.

  • No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services in above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours etc.

  • We are not responsible for any missed breakfast due to flight timings or any other circumstances.

  • Please avoid to submit cash in our bank account. If you submit cash then please submit it with 1% surcharge extra.

  • GST 5% will be extra.



Cancellation Charge & Refund Policy:

  • Prior 30 days: 50% of the total amount will be charge.

  • 07 - 29 days: 75% of the total amount will be charge.

  • No Show/ Cancellation at the last moment (within 1 Week), there will be 100% retention charges.

 

Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to waive/minimize the cancellation charges

The tour price is quoted as a package.
 

The refund will be credited to the depositor by cheque or NEFT within 30 to 45 working days.

Note:-

Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, politicaldisturbances (strikes) etc. to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot.



Note: Some Cancellation policy is subject to applicable as per the particular hotel policy.
