Terms & Conditions
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
BOOKING DEPOSIT:-

Customers will not get the booking until they deposit half of the booking price. Final payments are due before the departure and for a few special trips, 30 days before your trip starts. We also accept bookings from minors; however we do require the signature of either both the parents and the legal guardian on both, booking form and liability waiver.
- Customers have to pay the full booking price of the flight in advance if they want to travel with it. Due to the varying price of flight. The price of booking a flight may increase.
CONFIRMATION LETTER:-

Upon receipt of the booking form, release of liability form and deposit, you will receive a confirmation by email followed by an Information Letter with detailed information regarding our contact information, meeting time, departure time.

PAYMENTS:-

The prices quoted are for payment by Online Mode, Cash Deposit, Net banking (IMPS, NEFT, RTGS ), or cheque. The tour price is payable to Truvik Business (OPC) Private Limited, 45 days prior to departure. Failure to pay by that date entitles Truvik Business (OPC) Private Limited has rights to cancel your booking without notice and without refund of the deposit. Prices are quoted in Rupees. For some special trips, the booking date may be up to 2 or 3 months before departure.

HEALTH AND FITNESS REQUIREMENTS:-

Participants must be in good health and in a good physical condition. It is vital that participants with medical problems make them known to us well before departure. If you suffer from severe muscular, chest, heart or bronchial disorders, or if you are a severe asthmatic, or have high blood pressure, you are strongly advised against participating. Our trips generally take place in remote areas where there is little or no access to normal medical services or hospital facilities for serious problems. Where necessary, evacuation can be prolonged but it is difficult and expensive. Medical and evacuation expenses will be the responsibility of the participant.

NOTE:-
Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, politicaldisturbances (strikes) etc. to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot.

CANCELLED PROGRAMS:-
If Tripedy Travel has to cancel a trip due to insufficient bookings, you will receive a full refund. Tripedy Travel is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the participants in preparation for the trip. However, you will not be entitled to make any further claim for any injury, loss, expenses or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation ( including but not limited to visa, passport and vaccination charges, or departure, stuff purchases, airport and airline taxes ).
EXCLUSION FROM TOUR PRICE:-
The following items are excluded from the tour price: *visa, passport and vaccination charges; *departure, airport and airline taxes; *extra meals not included in the itinerary; *laundry, postage, personal clothing, medical expenses, personal travel insurance and items of a personal nature; *emergency evacuation charges; and *tips and excess baggage charges. Refer to our trip notes for full details. Our event management staff expertly plans social, professional, and advertising events. We ensure that the audience is properly engaged through the events we manage. We understand how important an event is to a brand's or organization's success. If you choose us, we will convey your message clearly and assist you in promoting your business or group.
